We know that mathematicians use specific vocabulary words in their work and conversations. In class, we are practicing using those vocabulary words to support the work that we do individually and in partnerships. 

Math Unit 1: Muffles' Truffles

We are still in the midst of our Muffles’ Truffles investigation, which focuses on the development of multiplication.

Students have been working on:

-The development of the open array as a model for multiplication and division

-Learning more efficient strategies for multiplication

-Practicing their multiplication facts in a snap!
